Car Shuts Off While Driving


Students must be at least 14 years and 8 months of age. Upon conclusion of the class and passing of the written exam, a certificate of completion will be issued. May register 90 days after receiving the Level 1 license. Upon passing the road test, teens will then acquire a certificate and a Level 2 restricted license.

Level 2 teens cannot drive alone between the hours of AM unless to and from work. There are two parts to obtaining a drivers license for adults 1 Written and 2 Practical. An adult driver must take a written test at the Secretary of State to obtain a permit.
